The Florida Public Service Commission (FPSC) accepts requests for public records in writing, by telephone, or in person.
You do not have to provide your name or reason for making the request. Pursuant to Section 119.07(1)(c), Florida Statutes, all public records requests are promptly acknowledged and responded to in good faith. For your convenience, the FPSC Records Request Form is available.
To assist us with your request, please consider key words that may be helpful to narrow the search. Occasionally, it is necessary to clarify requests that are over broad or unclear, so specificity will assist us in providing the records you seek in less time, and at potentially less cost to you. Should the information sought be confidential or exempt from public disclosure, you will be notified in writing.
If charges apply, you will be provided a cost estimate before records are produced. Invoices are created in accordance with Sections 119.07(4)(a)-(e) and 350.06(6), Florida Statutes. Payment is required before copies can be released; you may pay by check to the Florida Public Service Commission.
Requests for public records of the Florida Public Service Commission should be directed to the Office of Commission Clerk at:
2540 Shumard Oak Blvd., Suite 152,
Tallahassee, FL 32399-0850
