Where Do I Find Information about a Case before the Florida Public Service Commission?As cases come before the Commission for decision, they are assigned docket numbers. Dockets are established to maintain filings, such as orders, notices, docket schedules (Case Assignment and Scheduling Record), transcripts, and exhibits. These filings constitute official records and are permanently maintained on microfilm or in electronic medium, as prescribed in the retention schedules approved by the Department of State. The PSC conducts its work through two primary offices: the Office of Executive Director and the Office of General Counsel.
