Items of Interest at Upcoming Florida PSC Commission Conference


TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Tuesday, December 17, Commission Conference:

ITEM 6: Docket No. 130007-EIEnvironmental cost recovery clause.  The Commission will address a staff recommendation on Florida Power & Light Company’s voluntary dismissal of its NO2 Compliance Project petition for cost recovery and its intent to file an amended petition.

ITEM 7: Docket No. 130180-WSApplication for original certificates to provide water and wastewater service in Lake County by Sunlake Estates Utilities, L.L.C.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on the utility’s request for certificates to provide water and wastewater service to Lake County and to establish initial rates and charges.  This item will be heard at 1:00 p.m.

ITEM 8: Docket No. 130167-EG Petition for approval of natural gas energy conservation programs for commercial customers, by Associated Gas Distributors of Florida.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on AGDF’s petition to offer commercial Natural Gas Energy Conservation Programs for its seven investor-owned utility members.
