PSC Helps Seniors in Sumter County During National Consumer Protection Week

TALLAHASSEE — Florida’s Public Service Commission (PSC) is alerting consumers about scams targeting utility customers during National Consumer Protection Week (NCPW), March 2–8.  PSC staff will make presentations to consumers about the scams and how to avoid them on Monday, March 3 in Sumter County.  Consumers will also receive tips on energy and water conservation and information about the Lifeline Assistance telephone discount program.
