PSC Assists Brevard County Seniors During Older Americans Month


TALLAHASSEE — During May’s Older Americans Month, the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) is visiting two Brevard County Senior Centers on Thursday, May 30 and Friday, May 31. 

PSC representatives will distribute and discuss water and energy conservation information, assist eligible seniors in applying for the Lifeline Assistance telephone/broadband discount program, and offer tips to avoid scams targeting utility customers.  

The Brevard events are scheduled for the following times and locations: 

Thursday, May 30, 2019
9 a.m.
Titusville Adult Social Center
909 Lane Avenue
Titusville, FL

And

Friday, May 31, 2019
11 a.m.
Martin Anderson Senior Center
1025 South Florida Avenue
Rockledge, FL
