Items of Interest at Upcoming Florida PSC Commission Conference


TALLAHASSEE —

The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Tuesday, November 25, Commission Conference:

ITEM 3 : Docket No. 140001-EI Fuel and purchased power cost recovery clause with generating performance incentive factor. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on Duke Energy Florida’s appropriate 2015 fuel factors and final 2013 and 2014 true-up amounts.

ITEM 18: Docket No s . 130199-EI-130203-EM Review of numeric conservation goals (FPL, DEF, TECO, GULF, and JEA). The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the utilities’ proposed conservation goals, required by the Florida Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act.

ITEM 23 : Docket No. 140142-EM Petition for declaratory statement or other relief for expiration of the Vero Beach electric service franchise agreement, by the Board of County Commissioners, Indian River County. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on Indian River County’s Petition for Declaratory Statement and other issues concerning the franchise agreement.
