Items of Interest at Upcoming Florida PSC Commission Conference


TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Tuesday, March 3, Commission Conference:

ITEM 4: Docket No. 140149-WUJoint application for authority to transfer water facilities to Marion County and to amend water Certificate No. 427-W, by Windstream Utilities Company. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the transfer of Windstream's Sun Country Estates/Paddock Downs and Majestic Oak water systems to Marion County.

ITEM 6: Docket No. 150039-EUJoint petition to extend the existing territorial agreement term in Columbia, Lafayette, Madison, and Suwannee Counties, by Suwannee Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc. and Duke Energy Florida, Inc.  The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the petition to extend a previously Commission-approved territorial agreement to allow the parties additional time to negotiate.

ITEM 7: Docket No. 130178-SUApplication for staff-assisted rate case in Polk County, by Crooked Lake Park Sewerage Company.  The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the utility’s staff-assisted rate case application.
