Items of Interest at Upcoming Florida PSC Commission Conference


TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Tuesday, January 8, Commission Conference:

ITEM 1: Docket No. 120305-EUJoint petition for renewal of territorial agreement and approval of a third amendment, by Clay Electric Cooperative, Inc. and the City of Green Cove Springs.  The Commission will address a staff recommendation to approve the parties’ joint petition to renew the previous Territorial Agreement, extending it for 20 years.

ITEM 4: Docket No. 120278-EQPetition for approval of charges to interconnection customer-owned renewable generation of Manatee County, by Florida Power & Light Company (FPL).  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on FPL’s petition to recover system modification costs for the interconnection of customer-owned renewable generators to a generation facility owned by Manatee County.

The Commission Conference will begin with the investiture of Commissioner Lisa Polak Edgar and is scheduled for the following time and location:
