Interexchange Company Registration Form and Information
This has been prepared to provide information about the Public Service Commission
requirements applicable to providing Interexchange Telecommunications (IXC)
service within the State of Florida.
(IXC) providers include:
- operator service providers,
- resellers,
- switchless rebillers,
- multi-location discount aggregators,
- prepaid debit card providers and
- facilities based interexchange carriers
Section 364.02(13), Florida Statutes, requires IXCs to provide current contact information
and a tariff to the Commission. If you would like the Commission to mail you a copy
of the registration form or if you have any questions regarding the registration
form, please call the Division of Competitive Markets and Enforcement at 850-413-6600.
Note: The registration form
cannot be submitted electronically to the Public Service Commission.
