Chairman Carter's Lifeline Awareness Week Public Service Announcement

Commissioner Carter During its first annual “Lifeline Awareness Week,” September 8-13, 2008 the Florida Public Service Commission will promote the Link-Up Florida and Lifeline Assistance Programs which offer discounts to help Florida residents have access to affordable basic local telephone service

The Link-Up and Lifeline Assistance Program Florida are designed to ensure that all residents of Florida have access to telephone service and connections in their homes.

Customers of participating telecommunications providers can now apply for Link-Up and Lifeline Florida benefits on-line using the Public Service Commission Secure On-line Application Form (Version en Español esta disponible; Dokiman sa a an Kreyòl tou).
