National Consumer Protection Week
National Consumer Protection Week was March 5-11, 2017, and Florida Public Service Commission Commissioners launched a Twitter campaign to remind consumers to stay informed about their utility services and avoid scams. Each day during NCPW, a video featuring a Commissioner providing an important consumer tip was tweeted using the hashtag #PSCCelebratesConsumersNCPW. The 19th Annual NCPW was a coordinated campaign that encourages consumers nationwide to take full advantage of their consumer rights and make better-informed decisions.
