The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Tuesday, July 30, Commission Conference:
ITEM 5: Docket No. 130092-EI – Petition of Gulf Power Company to include three plant upgrade projects in its Environmental Compliance program, and approve the associated costs for recovery through the Environmental Cost Recovery Clause. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the utility’s petition to include upgrade projects at Plant Daniel, Plant Crist, and Plant Smith in its compliance program to comply with Environmental Protection Agency guidelines. ITEM 8: Docket No. 120313-GU – Petition for approval of transportation service agreement with Florida Public Utilities Company (FPUC), by Peninsula Pipeline Company, Inc (Peninsula). The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on the utilities’ request for approval of an amended Firm Transportation Service Agreement that would allow Peninsula to transport natural gas, pending Commission and Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approval.
