The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Wednesday, September 25, Commission Conference:
ITEM 4: Docket No. 130207-EI – Petition for declaratory statement for use of decommissioning trust fund money for dismantling the Crystal River 3 Nuclear Plant (CR3). The Commission will address a staff recommendation on Duke Energy Florida Inc.’s declaratory statement to delegate funds for dismantling CR3 to the appropriate categories that would satisfy Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval. ITEM 9: Docket No. 130136-GU – Petition for approval of assumption of special contract with JDC Development, LLC by the Florida Division of Chesapeake Utilities Corporation. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on the utility’s request to adopt the contract originally held between Peninsula Pipeline Company (Peninsula) and JDC Development, LLC for natural gas transportation services, on behalf of Peninsula. ITEM 10: Docket No. 130197-GU – Request for approval of tariff modifications related to natural gas vehicles and fueling facilities by People's Gas System. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on the utility’s request for approval of its Natural Gas Vehicle Service (NGVS) tariff revisions.
