The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at its Thursday, December 18, Commission Conference:
ITEM 3: Docket No. 140001-EI – Fuel and purchased power cost recovery clause with generating performance incentive factor. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on FPL’s request to recover costs from its project with PetroQuest through the fuel cost recovery clause. ITEM 10: Docket No. 140007-EI – Environmental cost recovery clause. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on Florida Power & Light Company’s request to recover costs for addressing the Waters of the United States Rulemaking Project. ITEM 15: Docket No. 140205-WS – Proposed adoption of Rule 25-30.091, F.A.C., Petition to Revoke Water Certificate of Authorization, and proposed amendment of Rule 25-30.440, F.A.C., Additional Engineering Information Required of Class A and B Water and Wastewater Utilities in an Application for Rate Increase. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on a new rule, enacted by a Florida Legislature Bill, which would assess a water utility’s quality standards when applying for a rate increase.
