TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Commission at the July 6, 2004, Agenda Conference.
ITEM 8 - DOCKET NO. 040216-GU – APPLICATION FOR RATE INCREASE BY FLORIDA PUBLIC UTILITIES COMPANY. The Commission will take up a staff recommendation related to a request by the utility for a permanent rate increase, the appropriate rate base and net operating income.
