Arriaga, Littlefield to take Oath of Office Tuesday

The oath of office ceremony for Arriaga is scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. The oath of office will be administered by Judge Catalina M. Avalos, Broward County Court, 17th Judicial Circuit.  Arriaga was reappointed for a term beginning January 2, 2007, and ending January 1, 2011.

The ceremony for Littlefield is scheduled to begin at 10:30 a.m. The oath of office will be administered by Judge Paul M. Hawkes, First District Court of Appeals. Littlefield was appointed to fill a vacancy created by the retirement of J. Terry Deason for a term beginning January 2, 2007, and ending January 1, 2011.

Arriaga and Littlefield will join Chairman Lisa Polak Edgar, Matthew M. Carter II, and Katrina J. Tew on the five-member commission panel.
