PETITION FOR INTERCONNECTION WITH LEVEL 3 COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUEST FOR EXPEDITED RESOLUTION, BY NEUTRAL TANDEM, INC. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing the jurisdiction of the Commission in disputes in which alternative transit service provider seeks a direct interconnection to terminate transit traffic on a competitive local exchange company’s network.

– PETITION FOR RELIEF FROM CARRIER-OF-LAST-RESORT (COLR) OBLIGATIONS PURSUANT TO SECTION 364.025(6)(d), F.S., FOR VILLAGES OF AVALON, PHASE II, IN HERNANDO COUNTY, BY BELLSOUTH TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INC. d/b/a AT&T FLORIDA. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing whether or not AT&T has demonstrated sufficient "good cause" to warrant a waiver of its carrier-of-last-resort obligation.

PETITION FOR WAIVER OF CARRIER-OF-LAST-RESORT OBLIGATIONS FOR MULTI-TENANT PROPERTY IN COLLIER COUNTY KNOWN AS TREVISO BAY, BY EMBARQ FLORIDA, INC. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on Embarq’s request for reconsideration of the Commission’s order requiring Embarq to provide telephone service to Treviso Bay as a carrier of last resort.
