TALLAHASSEE —
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Thursday, September 6, 2007, for customers of Colonial Manor Utility Company (Colonial Manor). Colonial Manor is a water utility providing service to approximately 713 customers in Pasco County and has applied for an increase in rates. The utility’s last rate case was in 2003.
The meeting provides customers an opportunity to comment on the proposed rate increases and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility.
