TALLAHASSEE —
The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct two customer service hearings on Wednesday, January 16, 2008, for customers of Sun River Utilities, Inc. (Sun River). The utility provides service to approximately 56 water and wastewater customers in Charlotte County.
Sun River has filed an application to amend its water and wastewater certificates in order to extend the utility’s water and wastewater service areas. The territory included in the amendment is located both east and west of U.S. Highway 17.
The hearings allow customers to comment on the proposed amendments and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility. Customers are invited to attend the hearings at the following times and location:
