The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will conduct a customer meeting on Thursday, March 13, 2008, for customers of Continental Utility, Inc.The utility provides water and wastewater service to approximately 915 water and wastewater customers in SumterCountyand has applied for an increase in rates. The utility’s last full rate case was in 1991.The meeting allows customers to comment on the proposed rate increase and any quality-of-service issues relevant to the utility.
