ITEM 14: DOCKET NO. 070650-EI – Petition to determine need for Turkey Point Nuclear Units 6 and 7 electrical power plant, by Florida Power & Light Company. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on FPL’s petition for a determination of need for its proposed Turkey Point Nuclear Units 6 and 7 in Miami-Dade County.
