Items of Interest at Upcoming Agenda Conference, 2/17/04

ITEM 5 - DOCKET NO. 0020896-WS – PETITION BY CUSTOMERS OF ALOHA UTILITIES, INC. FOR DELETION OF PORTION OF TERRITORY IN SEVEN SPRINGS AREA IN PASCO COUNTY.   The Commission will consider  a staff recommendation to conduct a public hearing in the affected service territory.

ITEM 7 - DOCKET NO. 000121A-TP – INVESTIGATION INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF OPERATIONS SUPPORT SYSTEMS PERMANENT PERFORMANCE MEASURES FOR INCUMBENT LOCAL EXCHANGE TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMPANIES.  (BELLSOUTH TRACK) The Commission will consider a staff recommendation regarding how BellSouth’s voluntary remedy payments for providing non-compliant performance to CLECs should be modified to incorporate the severity of a BellSouth performance measure failure.  

ITEM 16 – DOCKET NO.031033-EI -- REVIEW OF TAMPA ELECTRIC COMPANY’S 2004-2008 WATERBORNE TRANSPORTATION CONTRACT WITH TECO TRANSPORT AND ASSOCIATED BENCHMARK.   The Commission will take up a motion to reconsider hearing dates of April 13-14, 2004, set for this matter.

ITEM 20 – DOCKET NO. 030249-TP  --  COMPLAINT BY SUPRA AGAINST BELLSOUTH REGARDING BELLSOUTH’S ALLEGED USE OF CARRIER-TO-CARRIER INFORMATION.  The Commission will evaluate a staff recommendation to deny Supra’s motion for reconsideration.
