TALLAHASSEE —
Florida’s Public Service Commission (PSC) will hold a hearing on recovery of costs for nuclear facilities being constructed and upgraded by Florida Power & Light Company and by Progress Energy Florida. This is the first annual nuclear cost recovery proceeding under the newly adopted rule 25-6.0423, F.A.C., pursuant to Florida Statute. The hearing will cover nuclear development in Florida, including expedited cost recovery.
The hearing is set for the following location and times:
Thursday, September 11 and Friday, September 12, 2008 and Wednesday, September 17 and Thursday, September 18, 2008 9:30 a.m. Betty Easley Conference Center Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room (Room 148) 4075 Esplanade Way Tallahassee, Florida The starting time for each hearing date after September 11 will be announced at the conclusion of the hearing preceding it. The hearing may be adjourned early if all testimony is concluded.
