TALLAHASSEE —
The five-member Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will convene a Special Agenda Conference on Friday, January 9, 2009, to consider a draft Renewable Portfolio Standard (RPS) rule to be submitted to the Florida Legislature for ratification.
Legislation passed during the 2008 session directed the PSC to develop a RPS rule and submit it to the Legislature by February 1, 2009.
The Special Agenda Conference is scheduled for the following time and location: Friday, January 9, 2009 1:30 p.m. Betty Easley Conference Center Joseph P.
