Florida Public Service Commission Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Agenda Conference

TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, April 7, Agenda Conference:

ITEM 10: Docket No. 090047-EMRequest for approval of electric utilities' long-term energy emergency plans, filed pursuant to Rule 25-6.0185, F.A.C.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing 15 utilities’ long-term energy emergency plans.

ITEM 11: Docket No. 090001-EUFuel and purchased power cost recovery clause with generating performance incentive factor.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing a mid-course correction to reduce Tampa Electric Company’s fuel factors for the period May through December of 2009.

ITEM 13: Docket No. 080317-EIPetition for rate increase by Tampa Electric Company.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing final rates for the utility’s different rate classes.
