The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, September 15, 2009 Agenda Conference:
ITEM 3: Docket No. 080641-TP – Initiation of Rulemaking to Amend and Repeal Rules in Chapters 25-4 and 25-9, F.A.C., Pertaining to Telecommunications. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing whether changes should be made to proposed Rule 25-4.083, F.A.C., based on the comments submitted in the proceeding. ITEM 6: Docket No. 000121A-TP – Investigation into the Establishment of Operations Support Systems Permanent Performance Measures for Incumbent Local Exchange Telecommunications Companies (AT&T Florida Track). The Commission will consider a staff recommendation addressing whether AT&T should be required to pay penalties in accordance with Section 2.6 of AT&T’s SEEM Plan. ITEM 8: Docket No. 090146-EQ – Petition by Tampa Electric Company for approval of extension of small power production agreement with City of Tampa. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on whether to approve, for the purposes of cost recovery, the proposed extension of a small power production agreement between Tampa Electric Company and the City of Tampa.
