Florida Public Service Commission Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Agenda Conference

TALLAHASSEE — The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, April 20, 2010 Agenda Conference:

ITEM 3: Docket No. 090430-TPAmended petition for verified emergency injunctive relief and request to restrict or prohibit AT&T from implementing its CLEC OSS-related releases, by Saturn Telecommunication Services, Inc.  The Commission will review staff's audit results that compare AT&T's web-based ordering systems and determine whether AT&T should be allowed to retire one system. 

ITEM 6: Docket No. 080121-WSApplication for increase in water and wastewater rates in Alachua, Brevard, DeSoto, Highlands, Lake, Lee, Marion, Orange, Palm Beach, Pasco, Polk, Putnam, Seminole, Sumter, Volusia, and Washington Counties by Aqua Utilities Florida, Inc.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on the continuation of a service quality monitoring plan for the utility.
