TALLAHASSEE — The Florida Public Service Commission has scheduled a Special Agenda Conference Wednesday, August 17, 2005, to consider a staff recommendation relating to Aloha Utilities, Inc. The staff recommendation relates to a proposed offer of settlement from the utility to resolve service quality issues. The Special Agenda Conference is scheduled to begin at 9:30 a.m., August 17, 2005, in Room 148 of the Betty Easley Conference Center, 4075 Esplanade Way, Tallahassee, Florida. ### |
