Florida PSC Considers Items of Interest at Upcoming Commission Conference

ITEM 4: Docket No. 040763-TP – Request for submission of proposals for relay service, beginning in June 2005, for the hearing and speech impaired, and other implementation matters in compliance with the Florida Telecommunications Access System Act of 1991.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on an appointment to the TASA advisory committee.

ITEM 6: Docket No. 100159-EG – Petition for approval of Demand Side Management plan of Tampa Electric Company.  The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the company’s revised Demand Side Management plan.

ITEM 8: Docket No. 100001-EI – Fuel and purchased power cost recovery clause with generating performance incentive factor.  The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on Progress Energy Florida’s 2011 projected costs for fuel and purchased power, as well as actual costs for 2009 and 2010.
