Nuclear Cost Recovery Hearing Continues on Tuesday


TALLAHASSEE — The Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) will continue its nuclear cost recovery hearing on Tuesday, August 16.  Evidence and testimony for Florida Power & Light Company’s new nuclear power construction projects concluded today.  Next week’s hearing continuation will focus on evidence and testimony for Progress Energy Florida’s nuclear projects.

The hearing will continue at the dates, time, and location below:

Tuesday, August 16 through Friday, August 19, 2011
Beginning each day at 9:30 a.m.
Betty Easley Conference Center
Joseph P. Cresse Hearing Room (Room 148)
4075 Esplanade Way
Tallahassee, Florida

August 24 through August 26 is reserved for continuation of the hearing, if needed.
