Hearing Set for Aqua Utilities Rate Request

The utility has requested a $4.1 million rate increase.  Ten service hearings were held from August through October in AUF’s service territory to hear from customers about the company’s service and proposed rates.

At the technical hearing, the utility, the intervenors, and PSC staff will present testimony and other evidence on issues relating to AUF’s rates and service.  The hearing dates, time, and location are below:

Tuesday, November 29 through Thursday, December 1, 2011
and
Wednesday, December 7 through Thursday, December 8 (if needed)
