The following items are among those scheduled for consideration by the Florida Public Service Commission (PSC) at the Tuesday, September 18, Commission Conference:
ITEM 2: Docket 120208-TX – Petition to amend Rule 25-22.0365, F.A.C., by Competitive Carriers of the South, Inc. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on CompSouth’s request to initiate rulemaking to expediate resolution on carrier dispute cases that result in customer service disruption.
ITEM 10: Docket 120153-EI – Petition to recover costs of Polk Fuel Cost Reduction Project through the Fuel Cost Recovery Clause, by Tampa Electric Company. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on the utility’s petition to implement a fuel conversion project at its Polk Power Station Unit One and to recover the project’s capital expenditures through the Fuel Clause.
ITEM 11: Docket 120084-WS – Application of Utilities, Inc. for authority to transfer majority organizational control of Hydro Star, LLC to Corix Utilities (Illinois), LLC. The Commission will consider a staff recommendation on Utilities, Inc.’s (Utilities) application for authority to transfer majority organizational control of its parent, Hydro Star, to Corix. Utilities currently has 11 Commission-regulated subsidiaries providing service in 9 Florida counties.
ITEM 12: Docket 110262-EI – Petition for approval of environmental program for cost recovery through Environmental Cost Recovery Clause, by Tampa Electric Company. The Commission will address a staff recommendation on TECO’s petition for approval of its Big Bend Station Gypsum Storage Facility Program and to recover the costs through the ECRC.
