Are FPUC’s proposed customer charges for Florida Public Utilities Company, CFG, Fort Meade, and Indiantown appropriate?
The proposed customer charges as provided in the tariffs in Attachment D of staff’s memorandum dated February 10, 2023, should be approved.

Staff recommends that the rates and charges approved by the Commission should become effective March 1, 2023. The Commission should approve the proposed tariffs as provided in Attachment D of staff’s memorandum dated February 10, 2023.
