What are the appropriate energy charges?
The proposed energy charges as provided in the tariffs in Attachment B to staff’s memorandum dated March 14, 2025, should be approved.

What is the appropriate effective date for FPUC's revised rates and charges?
Staff recommends that FPUC be allowed to implement the approved revised rates and charges as stated in Attachment B to staff’s memorandum dated March 14, 2025, on March 20, 2025.

Issue 65:
